張元龍工程司自民國80年進入本局技術發展處(前為資訊中心),84年轉至本局機電系統設計處(前為第三處)服務至今,負責捷運自動收費系統,自初期磁卡系統與三轉柱閘門,更新全路網為非接觸式IC卡系統與門檔式閘門,至現在進行更新多卡通以使其他票證也能使用於臺北捷運,張工程司都能就其負責之各項業務,盡心盡責的圓滿達成任務。尤其多次面對民意代表及外界對臺北捷運票證規劃提出質疑時,都能以其專業耐心對外說明規劃理念及效益,化解外界對捷運票證之疑慮。 特別值得一提的是,張工程司承辦2010年臺北國際花卉博覽會票務系統之招標文件研訂,於不到五個月時間如期完成。由於花博票務系統有別於捷運系統,因此規劃期間張工程司認真投入工作,發揮其專業知識,就花博門票設計、設備安裝、門票售票方式、門票管理、營收清算繳交市庫等規劃,與花博製作總部進行溝通與了解,於系統設計建置時更是參與各項規劃討論會議,亦與花博製作總部、聯合報營運單位及廠商充分進行規劃研討,以使系統符合營運需求,自花博開幕,收費系統全程平穩運作,充分服務觀展民眾,並於花博閉展後,順利完成門票數量及營收結算等營運要求。 張工程司最特別的興趣是打太極拳,當初為了健康而學習,已練習快十年了,早已成為生活習慣,並獲得新北市太極拳協會教練資格。因熱愛太極拳,每天早上5點起床進行1個小時太極拳運動,他表示太極拳是一種剛柔並濟的運動,太極拳套路中有很多單腳、弓步及馬步動作,剛勁用於腰部丹田以下以支撐身體,腰部丹田以上講求放鬆柔軟,關節動而不用力,於動作中體會身體內部間的平衡。由於持之以恆,體重由未練太極拳時八十幾公斤,近年來都保持在六十幾公斤的標準值內,受益良多。 The Role Model of Taipei MRT—Engineer Chang Yuan-long Starting in 1991, Mr. Chang Yuan-long worked for DORTS' Information and Technology Development Division (the former Information Center) and then transferred to Electrical and Mechanical Design Division in 1995 and has been working there up to now. The areas he has been in charge of are those related to the MRT fare collection system. He was deeply involved in updating the early magnetic card system and triple-turnstile gates into a contactless IC Card System with flap-door gates all over the network. Currently he is continuing to work on integrating the ticketing system of a variety of cards with the Taipei MRT system. Mr. Chang is known for his diligence and always accomplishing his mission successfully. In particular, on the many occasions when he was confronted with questions regarding the Taipei MRT ticketing system raised by local elected representatives and members of the public, Mr. Chang was able to give patient and detailed explanations of planning concepts and their effectiveness based on his professional expertise so as to relieve public concerns about the MRT ticketing system. |
