隨著都會區捷運系統的陸續開展,我國軌道工程的相關產業也正蓬勃發展中,而軌道車輛零組件國產化,及如何減少對國外進口的依賴,並落實技術轉移,是當前重要的課題。 目前興建中之捷運信義線、松山線工程,其電聯車之製造,透過經濟部工業合作計畫的推動,首次將轉向架框架(BOGIE FRAME)移轉至高雄中鋼機械公司,並在日本川崎重工業株式會社之技術指導下,進行本土製造。 轉向架相當於人的雙腿和雙腳,負責牽引和引導電聯車沿軌道曲線行駛,而其框架直接承載來自車體以及乘客的重量,它決定著列車運行的品質和安全,是軌道車輛的核心技術之一。 轉向架框架係以「H」構型之中空鋼樑結構,並附緩衝橫樑而焊接而成,其製作順序係先將側架及橫樑分別焊製,再將其組合,並於主要焊道進行MT(磁粉探傷)、UT(超音波探傷)檢查及RT(X光檢測)抽檢,經檢查通過後進行退火、噴砂、底漆塗裝後,再進行後續的機械加工及面漆塗裝以完成該半成品;中鋼機械公司將該半成品,再送往新竹台灣車輛公司,安裝驅動馬達、主懸吊及二次懸吊等,待完成整體轉向架後,再以中心銷與車體連結,並以鑄型鋼材螺栓固定於車體底盤。組裝工程進行期間,適逢日本發生地震,並引發海嘯造成核災事件,本局也要求廠商進行進口材料、設備等之輻射指數檢測,以消弭民眾疑慮。 在中鋼機械公司組裝期間,除川崎重工技術人員之外,並由本局派員監督其組裝過程及相關廠測作業,並針對監造過程所發現之缺失進行討論及要求改善。我們相信經由中鋼機械公司之專業製造,及本局與川崎重工之嚴格監督,必能確保信義線、松山線電聯車轉向架框架之安全及品質。 EMU Bogie Frames Manufactured Domestically Through the Industrial Cooperation Program promoted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the technology for manufacturing the bogie frame for the MRT EMUs has been transferred. The bogie frames for trains to be used on the Xinyi and Songshan lines were manufactured by the China Steel Machinery Corporation (CSMC) for the first time under the technical direction of Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI), Ltd. During the assembly conducted by CSMC, in addition to the on-site direction of technicians from KHI, personnel from the Taipei City Department of Rapid Transit Systems (DORTS) were also assigned to oversee the overall process and related field testing procedures so that any flaws could be recognized early enough to have them improved on the spot. The rigorous supervision of DORTS and KHI will ensure that the domestically manufactured EMU bogie frames for the Xinyi and Songshan lines, manufactured by the highly professional CSMC, are high-quality and safe products. |
