新店線萬隆站(交六、七)標售

本局9月辦理公開標售之新店線萬隆站交六、七聯合開發大樓(即「環遊市華隆大樓」),係位於捷運新店線萬隆站2號出口正上方,羅斯福路5段下方,景明街口北側,接近萬隆街口,屬「到站即到家」之捷運共構住宅,且大樓入口門廳與該站出入口電扶梯以通道相連,搭乘捷運不須日曬雨淋,其交通便利性更具優勢。捷運萬隆站附近有武功國小、臺北市立圖書館景美分館、臺北市立體育場景美游泳池、萬福國小、國立臺灣師範大學分部等文教機構,除了捷運外,亦有多線公車提供運輸服務,交通十分便利。

該棟大樓係由樺福建設開發股份有限公司投資興建,除1、2樓為店面及辦公室外,3樓以上至17樓係以住宅為主,本局標售之11戶住宅位於17樓(1戶)、4樓(9戶)及3樓(1戶),包含小套房及一或兩房之小宅產品,坪數則從11坪到23坪不等,其中4戶附有1機械停車位,各戶之標售底價約415∼1,015萬元(單價不計車位約37∼43萬元),每戶之廚具皆配有飲水設備並可使用瓦斯,適合頂客族、單身貴族、學生等自住或投資出租。

Auction of Apartments in Wanlong Station Joint Development Building

Wanlong Station Joint Development (JD) building on Parcel No.T6 and T7, also known as EasyTravel City Wanlong Building, is situated directly above Wanlong Station Exit 2 on the Xindian line. The building is categorized as MRT-integrated residences, that is, “arriving at the station is equal to reaching home.” In addition, with a passage connecting the building’s lobby with the escalator at the station exit, the residents of the JD building won’t be bothered by exposure to hot sun or driving rain when taking the MRT, offering truly convenient transportation.

The JD project, invested in and constructed by Hua-Fu Construction Development Co. Ltd., is a building consisting of space for commercial and office use on the first and second floors, with floors 3 to 17 mainly for residences. The 11 residential units DORTS is going to auction include one on the 17th floor, nine on the 4th floor, and one on the 3rd floor. They are planned as studio apartments and one- or two- bedroom residences with areas measuring from approx. 395 to 825 square feet, four of which come with a separate mechanical parking space. The reserve prices of the auction are approx. NT$4.15 million to NT$10.15 million per unit (excluding the parking space costing approx. NT$370,000 to NT$430,000). The kitchen of each unit is equipped with drinking water facilities and gas for cooking use, making it very suitable for couples, singles, students, or as an investment for lease.
